What Is The 14-Day Kickstart?
My 14-day kickstart is a short-term programme designed to help nourish your body, change your gut health for the better and set you on course to completing regular daily activities. It will be tailored to all of your unique health and fitness goals and will only be advised if I feel that it would be beneficial to you.
What The 14-Day Kickstart Is Not
The 14-day kickstart does not consist of unsustainable detoxes, intense diets or cutting out important food groups. It will also never advise you to reduce your calorie intake or obtain all of your required sustenance from protein shakes alone.
Skipping meals or avoiding specific food groups is seldom the best course of action for making changes to your eating habits and I will make sure that your 14-day kickstart will only benefit you in the positive of ways.
